Code and conduct:
Vintage Floors adhere to the employment act of the Czech Republic.
This guarantees that all floors being produced in our factory are produced under safe condition and due diligence:
- All our employees are over the age of 18 years.
- All employees are employed with a full-time contract enjoying the benefits of unemployment insurance, sickness insurance, family and maternity benefits and pensions schemes.
- Temporary employees enjoy the same benefits as full-time employees throughout the duration of their contract, which can run for no longer than 2 years.
The factory and production methods are continually supervised to protect and improve the work conditions of our employees.
Environment:
Our practice is to acquire such logs which are suitable for our production methods and quality control.
We guarantee that the logs used to produce our floors are not subject to or part of any clear felling. We take pride in preserving the environment surrounding us, for future generations to enjoy while still maintaining the ability to meet our customers demand for beautiful floor solutions.
